Growth This Week
The improved net growth was dominated by 9 Provisional Advisers (PAs) that commenced. All 9 PAs were appointed to different licensees. We also saw 5 new licensees commence this for a total of 11 advisers, most switching from large licensees. A total of 42 licensees have commenced this year. Details of all new licensees are provided to our members.

This week we saw a small number of advisers reappointed after dropping off the ASIC FAR in Dec. This highlights that some advisers are coming back after passing the February Financial Exam (FASEA Exam).

Highest growth belonged to a new licensee at 4 advisers who left Sentry Advice which is part of WT Financial Group. Sequoia had a net growth of 3, hiring 4 and losing 1 adviser. 5 licensee owners had net growth of 2, including 3 new licensees, NTAA (SMSF Advisers Network) and 3 Times 8 (MGD Wealth).

A long tail this week with 31 licensee owners gaining a net 1 each.

Note: This week Ord Minnett Group increased their advisers under their Ord Minnett licence by 34 (See dashboard 1B). However, all are current advisers under EL+C Baillieu which is owned by Ord Minnett. Therefore, no movement at the licensee owners level.

Losses This Week
WT Financial group were down (-5), losing 6 advisers including a practice of 4 advisers commencing their own licensee and re-gaining 1 adviser who had left in Dec and now returning. Hall Chadwick down (-4) along with Loan Market who are now down to zero after losing their final 4 advisers.

FSSSP (Aware super) and Insignia both down (-3). Insignia gained 1 adviser, lost 4, none of the 4 losses have been appointed elsewhere at this stage.

5 Licensee owners down net (-2) including Shartru and TF Accountants who are now down to zero advisers. A tail of 18 licensee owners down (-1) including Bombora.

Licensee Website Links Now Added To Database Available To Members
The Members Lounge offers access to our searchable Licensee and Adviser databases. We have now added the ‘Licensee website’ for most licensees. This is great is you are seeking a low cost option to find contact details and location of licensees, particularly the self licensed group which are fast growing in numbers.

The AFSL Database allows you to filter search requests to better target your market and has quick links to show the advisers and their detailed information including product authorisations and qualifications.

Have a great week
