Advisers numbers down this week led by Craigs Investment Partners and Insignia. Despite the losses, the Financial Planning peer group is showing gains YTD and improved on last week.

Another positive week with net growth coming in at plus 3. Despite the flat number, it was a busy week with lot of adviser movement across licensees.

A positive week with a net growth of 13 advisers. Good to see continuing growth of Provisional Advisers and some licensees creating opportunities for former salaried advisers.

Big loss of advisers this week as reporting catches up after the holidays. A net loss of over 300 advisers. However, there is some good news in the numbers with new advisers beginning to climb.

Weekly adviser movement down by (-20). The loss was cushioned by 13 new Provisional Advisers commencing this week which was good to see.

Weekly adviser movement down by (-49) over this week. We are still anticipate more losses as reporting works it way through with ASIC during January.

As reporting rolls in the losses are high but not unexpected. Losses for 2021 are at (-2,930) advisers and this will grow as licensees report in. Some sectors have performed better than others, but all have suffered losses. The only growth appears to be small licensees who provide holistic advice.

Financial adviser losses at (-126) with heavy losses at CBA, followed by Insignia (IOOF) and AMP. The next few weeks will be volatile as the the effect of the FASEA Exam rolls through the data - stay tuned.
